Yin & Massage . Dome Experience OR your location of choice. A slow, grounding practice inside the magical dome in the forest. Secret Location in the Laurentians, near Mont Tremblant or your home if you wish to not move afterwards. I come to you with all my medecine. This class combines long-held Yin postures with hands-on massage and supportive touch to help release deep tension in the fascia and nervous system. We stay close to the earth, allowing gravity and breath to do the work. The singing bowl guides the transitions, and we close with extended rest, warm eucalyptus towels, and complete integration. Quiet. Deep. Restorative. A true reset for body and mind.
