In this online workshop, I guide you into building a strong, functional core that supports your entire body and transforms your yoga practice. Whether you want to feel more solid in your postures, move with more ease, or reduce and prevent back pain, this work is essential.
With my background as a professional dancer, fitness trainer, and yoga teacher, I’ll take you through intentional sequences designed to activate, strengthen, and integrate your core in a smart and effective way. This is not about overworking or forcing — it’s about understanding how to engage deeply and move with awareness.
You’ll learn a sequence you can come back to anytime, with options to adapt depending on your level, energy, or focus. Pick what you need, go at your pace, and build real strength over time.
